At Schendel Pest Services our treatment of moles, gophers and voles consists of three steps: Initial Inspection, Control Methods and Monitoring.

Initial Inspection: Our certified pest solutions specialist will do the initial inspection to determine the following:

If pests are present & responsible for the damage.
The extent of the damage.
The scope of the current pest activity.
Examine pest activity on nearby properties.

Control Methods: After your initial inspection our trained and certified technician will perform the following steps to insure your mole, vole or gopher problem is treated:

Establish which runs are active.
Determine how many bait placements are needed and where to place them.
Insert the bait placements.
Check the runs for any new activity 5 to 7 days after application.

Monitoring: After initial pest activity has been eliminated:

If you have chosen the annual coverage, follow-up visits will take place quarterly to monitor the property for any new activity.
If activity has been reported our technicians will repeat the control methods process until they can move to the monitoring phase of the elimination process.
