Schendel Pest Services understands the unique challenges of managing pest control in a multi-family environment. Schendel works closely with landlords to ensure tenants are notified of all inspections, treatments and procedures in a timely fashion, and our PhD Entomologist has created informational materials that can be provided to tenants to explain the effect proper sanitation measures has on pest management. The resurgence of bed bugs poses another opportunity to educate tenants on minimizing the impact of pests in their environment.
