Three weeks ago today Henry came to Schendelize our new home for the first time.  We just bought this newly built house but it had set empty for three years prior to our purchase.  Henry came into a home with a basement full of spiders and ants.  After spraying Henry explained why we has so many spiders and ants and said to call if he needs to come back.  Henry spent more time explaining all our potential problems due to the house setting empty prior to our purchase and really gave us the realization that this man really cared about our comfort.  Now three weeks later we are still experiencing the WOW feeling and want you to know how great Henry was to me and my wife.

Our technician always calls first to confirm that it is convenient for him to provide services.  The technicians are always pleasant, polite and anxious to do a good job for us.  They take as much time as necessary to do the job.  Over the years we have done business with you, our spider problem has decreased significantly.  I understand in our rural location, this will always be a problem to a certain extent but it is certainly much improved.

I just wanted to let you know that Steve, our technician, went above his usual duties on our last service call.  I noticed a large mass of one inch catepillers on our drive and showed them to Steve.  He thought they were from our trees and took one back to the office for identification.  He called me back to tell me they were a yellow band catepiller.  Later that same day my neighbor called and told me that her pine trees were being eaten alive with the same catepillers.  I looked at the pine tree near my drive and noticed that the tree was stripped of its needles and covered in the catepillers.  My neighbor called a tree service, they sprayed the trees and said the trees should survive, but won't look the best for some time.  Tell Steve thanks again for his help.
