The Race Is On

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The challenge is on to build a better bed!!

These beds aren't being designed for comfort -- but speed!

Teams gearing up for the Housing and Credit Counseling, Inc.'s Great Topeka Bed Race turned out for a bed-building party at Lowe's tonight.

A few even participated in demo races.

The actual race is 9:30 a.m., March 17, at 6th and Jackson downtown.

All proceeds benefit HCCI.
