Schendel's Home Care programs allow you to choose the level of protection that best meets the needs of your home and family. A pest and termite inspector will come to your home, perform a complete, free inspection, then discuss with you the findings. If you have a pest problem, we will talk to you about the pest, your service options, and pricing.
Our residential pest programs are Premium Care, which offers seven zones of protection against a wide variety of pests, and the Total Home Care which offers all the features of Premium Care plus termite protection and warranty. Both are PestZero Guaranteed.
The Premium Care program is guaranteed to keep your home pest free for one year. We perform an intensive interior and exterior service, then follow up with quarterly visits. If additional interior treatment is needed, it is done at no additional charge. Your home is protected for 365 days, guaranteed.
Covered Pests: ants, crickets, fleas, silverfish, spiders, mice, rats, roaches and stinging insects.

Schendel Pest Services uses the most current and effective products available to protect your home. These products include bait and dust technology that not only get rid of the pests you may already have, but prevent new ones from moving in.
Convenient
After our initial visit, we can perform exterior treatments, which are very effective at stopping pests. There is no need to schedule these exterior treatments. If interior treatment is needed along with the exterior service, we will schedule a time to treat inside and out. If you aren’t at home during our service, we’ll leave information on your door so you know we were there and what we treated for. If service is needed between the quarterly treatments, we’ll come to your home at no additional charge.

Schendel’s Total Home Care program combines pest control, termite protection and a termite damage warranty. This unique program protects your home not only from ants, spiders and other pests, but also monitors for termite activity. You get Total Home Protection with the Total Home Care.
How the Total Home Care Program Works:
Pest Control
Schendel will perform an every-other-month exterior service to protect your home from ants, roaches, crickets, silverfish, spiders, fleas, stinging insects, rats and mice. While exterior treatments are very effective, sometimes interior service is needed, and will be provided at no additional charge. If we need to return between services to treat for any of the covered pests, we will do so at no additional charge.
Termite Protection
We will place monitoring stations every 10 to 20 feet around the perimeter of your home, and check them for termite activity when performing your pest control service. These monitoring stations contain no chemical or attractants, only a piece of wood. If live termites are found in the monitoring process, a bait will be installed in the monitoring stations. We will then monitor the stations on a monthly basis, weather permitting, until activity ceases.
Termite Damage Coverage
The Total Home Care program also provides protection from new termite damage. If termite damage occurs after we perform a termite treatment, Schendel will pay for the cost of repairs on the new damage. (Some restrictions apply—please ask your inspector for details.
