Our flexible programs offer you the ability to set up pest control treatment over the phone by calling one of our friendly customer solutions representatives. If you’d prefer a more thorough pre-treatment inspection and report, a pest and termite inspector will come to your home, perform a complete, free inspection, and discuss the findings with you. If you do have a pest problem, we will talk to you about the pest, explain your service options, and review the benefits of the Schendel Premium Care or Premium Care Plus Termite Protection program.
Premium Care Pest Control
Premium Care pest control offers homeowners seven zones of protection against a wide variety of pests, including ants, carpenter ants, crickets, fleas, silverfish, spiders, mice, rats, roaches and stinging insects.
Schendel’s Premium Care and Premium Care Plus Termite Protection programs are both administered under the guidance of our on-staff PhD Entomologist, and all of Schendel’s pest control programs are proudly PestZero Guaranteed.
PestZero Guaranteed
Schendel’s Premium Care programs are guaranteed to keep your home pest-free for one year. We perform an extensive initial interior and exterior service, then follow up with quarterly visits. If additional treatments are needed, they are performed at no additional charge. Your home is protected for 365 days, guaranteed. If pests return, we return for free.
Effective and Environmentally Sensitive
Schendel Pest Services uses the most current and effective products available to protect your home. These products include bait and dust technology that not only gets rid of the pests you may already have, but also prevents new ones from moving in.
Schendel Pest Services programs are designed with an Integrated Pest Management, or IPM, philosophy. IPM is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices. Schendel’s IPM program uses information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment. This information, in combination with available pest control methods, is used to manage pest damage by the most economical means, and with the least possible impact on people, property, and the environment. In short, this means Schendel will only use the materials necessary to target the pest, eliminate the source, and take care of your pest control problem.
Convenient
After our extensive initial visit, we can perform exterior-only treatments, which are very effective at stopping pests. There is no need to schedule these exterior treatments, or worry about re-arranging your schedule to accommodate ours. Our technician will simply perform the quarterly treatment and leave information on your door so you know we were there and what we treated for.
If you prefer that interior inspection and treatments be conducted along with the exterior service, we will gladly schedule a time at your convenience to treat both inside and out. If service is needed between the quarterly treatments, we’ll come to your home at no additional charge.
Premium Care Plus Termite Protection
Premium Care pest control Plus Termite Protection offers all the features of Premium Care, plus termite monitoring and a termite damage warranty. This unique program protects your home not only from ants, spiders and other pests, but also monitors for termite activity.
With the Premium Care Plus Termite Protection program, Schendel will place monitoring stations every 10 to 20 feet around the perimeter of your home, and then check them for termite activity when performing your pest control service. These monitoring stations contain no chemical, only a piece of wood and purified cellulose & a proven and effective termite attractant. If live termites are found in the monitoring process, bait will be installed in the monitoring stations. We will then monitor the stations on a quarterly basis, weather permitting, until activity ceases.
For as long as you maintain your Premium Care Plus Termite Protection agreement with Schendel, you are protected from new termite damage that may occur to your home or its contents. (Some restrictions apply – please ask your inspector for details.) Should you sell your home, the termite protection coverage is transferable to the next homeowner, provided there is no lapse in monitoring.
