Hello Brent,
I thought you should know that I had my house inspected for termites ( like I do every year) and the associate you sent was so helpful. He not only inspected for termites but he noticed that I not only had my vents blocked but also that my dryer vent was disconnected in two places. He graciiously fixed them both. He removed the wooden blocks and towels blocking the vents and also fixed the hose connecting it back up to the dryer and to the outside. His name was Steve Coppedge. He educated me on some dangers around the house regarding some wood storage in the garage as well what a real termite \looks like, flying and otherwise.

Hello, I wanted to write and tell you of the excellent service SteveCoppedge has provided for our home. He does the usual good things most excellent employee's provide, but he also goes above service and cares about what he is doing. I will tell you about one example of his help fullness to us. We were on a trip this past January and while servicing our home he noted when he was leaving that some roof flashing was loose and blowing. It was a very windy day and storms were supposed to be on the way. He called our home phone number and left us a message. We were able to pick up that message and contact our siding company who made the necessary repairs. Without his phone call there would have been more damage.

Hello Brent!

I have been using Schendel for quite a few yrs. with great success!
 
I used to have spiderwebs, crickets, grasshoppers, spiders, and various other
annoyances inside and outside my house.
 
When the day came that I had to hear my little Granddaughter say, "eww, I don't wanna hold the rail, it has stuff on it"-
that was the day I decided to have Schendel come & hopefully get rid of the cobwebs on our handrails,
and under the eaves-  it is also so nice to not have to constantly clean the corners of the inside of my home,
or worry if a spider will sit down beside my Granddaughter!!
 
Your staff is so friendly and considerate with all of my needs-  I let them know that I DO NOT like anything
crawling or making their house within my house & they fully understand & comment, "I don't like them
in my house either"!!
 
I have had various technicians, and they have all been great-  I'm not sure where you find such great
people to work for you, but somehow they have ALL worked out wonderfully!!!!

Three weeks ago today Henry came to Schendelize our new home for the first time.  We just bought this newly built house but it had set empty for three years prior to our purchase.  Henry came into a home with a basement full of spiders and ants.  After spraying Henry explained why we has so many spiders and ants and said to call if he needs to come back.  Henry spent more time explaining all our potential problems due to the house setting empty prior to our purchase and really gave us the realization that this man really cared about our comfort.  Now three weeks later we are still experiencing the WOW feeling and want you to know how great Henry was to me and my wife.

I just wanted to let you know that Steve, our technician, went above his usual duties on our last service call.  I noticed a large mass of one inch catepillers on our drive and showed them to Steve.  He thought they were from our trees and took one back to the office for identification.  He called me back to tell me they were a yellow band catepiller.  Later that same day my neighbor called and told me that her pine trees were being eaten alive with the same catepillers.  I looked at the pine tree near my drive and noticed that the tree was stripped of its needles and covered in the catepillers.  My neighbor called a tree service, they sprayed the trees and said the trees should survive, but won't look the best for some time.  Tell Steve thanks again for his help.

Frank Brown came by last Thursday, October 14th, for our quarterly treatment.  And, as usual, his service was exceptional.  Prior to Thursday we had spoken with Frank to let him know we noticed a lot of spiders in the house.  When Frank showed up on Thursday he not only treated for spiders, but also noticed an accumulation of moths in the garage and at the entrance to the kitchen.  Frank went above and beyond to find the food source of the moths and treat for them.  He also explained to us that the birdseed in the garage was the source and gave us suggestions on how to prevent Indian Mill Moths from invading our garage in the future.  As long as Frank is with Schendel Pest Services we will never entertain the idea of finding another pest control company.  We truly appreciate his professionalism.

We just signed up for a year of pest service on Monday after having had a spider scare over the weekend--unfortunately, I am terrified of spiders.  Today, your representative, Rodney Branscum in Norman, serviced our house.  He was just terrific!  He was comprehensive in his walk through with me and with his explanations of how he was treating the home.  Unlike service technicians we've had the in the past, he was judicious with the chemical application which I appreciated so very, very, very much as I have young children and a lot of pets.
 
He did a great job of documenting recommendations to help minimize future run ins with spiders, which was never service we had received in the past, too.

We had our ASI audit today in place of the AIB inspection we failed last year.  It was very successful.  We received 980 out of 1000.  The pest control section was flawless this time.  This is night and day different from our previous experience.

I've not always been impressed with Schendel, but Jim Pennel, our current technician is super.  He takes care of three of our houses and is always responsive and helpfull.  Today he battled a nest of yellowjackets while searching for a termite bait station!

I'm also very impressed with the flyer in the invoice bag on bed bugs.  I travel alot and have not given this alot of thought untill I saw your suggestions - Wow!

I wanted to send you a quick email and thank you for technician Steve Coppedge and what he has done at our home for my wife, son and I. He has absolutely gone above and beyond to help solve our ant problem, which the previous technician had not been able to help after three attempts. Steve has called to check up, spent time, and actually care. Prior to working with him, I was beyond frustrated. 

I couldn't be more serious when I say I appreciate Steve Coppedge and what he has done for me and my pest problem. Because of him, I will continue to use Schendel.

Dear Mr. Boles,

We just signed up for a year of pest service on Monday after having had a spider scare over the weekend--unfortunately, I am terrified of spiders.  Today, your representative, Rodney Branscum in Norman, serviced our house.  He was just terrific!  He was comprehensive in his walk through with me and with his explanations of how he was treating the home.  Unlike service technicians we've had the in the past, he was judicious with the chemical application which I appreciated so very, very, very much as I have young children and a lot of pets.

He did a great job of documenting recommendations to help minimize future run ins with spiders, which was never service we had received in the past, too.

Thank you for providing such excellent, confidence inspiring staff and service.
